Located on 8000 acres with breathtaking views of the World Heritage listed Main Range National Park, Spicers Peak Lodge is Queensland’s highest mountain lodge retreat.
The Peak restaurant set within the main lodge is currently seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage team on a full-time basis. Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will play an integral role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of our prestigious two hatted restaurant as well as a variety of functions and events. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that allows you to capitalise on your food and beverage experience whilst expanding your skill set working across all aspects of this luxury countryside retreat.
To be successful in this position, you will have solid knowledge of fine food and wine coupled with a flair for providing exceptional customer service. You will have a genuine passion for ‘everything hospitality’ and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Integral to this role is versatility and the ability to go above and beyond regardless of the task required. You will display a high level of initiative and be able to think quickly on your feet whilst remaining focused on delivering a superb customer experience.
