We are currently seeking a dynamic and results oriented Conference & Events Coordinator with a background in Hospitality, a passion for customer service and a drive to progress in their career.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- managing a range of events from initial enquiry through to post event
- providing quotations for all conferences/ events within the hotel
- converting enquiries into sales
- communicating event requirements to all departments through event orders
- Maintaining and building client relationships
The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, have excellent selling skills and be highly organised. Opera and Delphi experience will be highly regarded, however are not essential.
