The Opportunity


Based in Christchurch, our client is seeking an experienced Sales  Support Administrator to join them in this exciting period of growth! They are offering an excellent starting salary plus the opportunity for a great work/life balance and ongoing career progression!

The primary purpose of this position is to provide sales administration support to customers and the Account Managers. 

This is an exciting, multifaceted role with tasks involving:

  • Assisting with customers, company promotions and the organisation of events and displays
  • Assist with quotes or tenders to customers and manage KPI reporting
  • Respond to customer enquiries; manage order changes and liaise with management as to order accuracy
  • Receive orders (repeat customer plus new enquiries) and prepare and process Sales Order into database 

To be successful in this role you will have office, sales or customer service experience, ideally gained in a previous manufacturing environment. Possessing knowledge of ERP systems will be greatly beneficial alongside a proficiency for software packages such as MS Excel & Word.  

A current First Aid Certificate and full drivers licence would also be beneficial. 

Someone with strong teamwork skills a high level of attention to detail with creativity and a passion for the engineering industry would be ideal. You will be joining a fun and positive team so it's important you are also friendly with a good sense of humour!
