Our client is a company consisting of four unique business, each providing innovative and niche services, such as refrigerated pharmaceutical delivery, hospitality delivery services and venue hire. Undergoing rapid growth, our client has recently secured coveted government contracts to provide their unique services across NSW, as well as maintaining their ongoing partnerships in VIC, WA, QLD and SA.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service / Administration Assistant to join their company in Port Melbourne, VIC with the potential to earn up to $66,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary $50,000 - $60,000 per annum + superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to proactively promote the products and services to customers and support the sales team.
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities include:
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Answer calls from customers politely
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Promote the company's products & services
- Liaise with the on the road representatives
- Support the sales team and drivers
To be successful in this role you will have previous customer service experience, both over the phone and face to face. You must also have strong computer skills, specifically using MS Office. Additionally, to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
