The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their company in Baulkham Hills, NSW, with the potential to earn a generous per annum package | Negotiable salary based on experience + superannuation.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide services management and ensure the financial and business success for the technical services and support teams.

Reporting to Technical Director some of your responsibilities include:


  • Oversee the planning, strategic direction, and daily operations of the technical services team
  • Ensure that a high level of service is provided to customers at all times
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to technical services team members
  • Build customer relationships and Assist in the sales process including pre-sales and proposals
  • Report to board and Senior Management regarding project status, utilisation and profitability 

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a IT management position directly managing technical staff.  Additionally, having a ITIL Certification is desirable for this role.

Experience in Enterprise and Managed Services technical solutions and with requests for tender, RFP, RFI response will be held in high regard for this role.

The ideal candidate will also have advanced Excel, Access, and Word skills as well as excellent communication and customer relation skills.
