Our client is seeking a Contact and Content Officer to join their company in the Melbourne CBD with the potential to earn up to $82,000 per annum ($65-75,000 based on experience + superannuation).
The primary purpose of this position is to be the major front line resource dealing with stakeholders phone, email, and social media enquiries.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have experience dealing apprenticeship and traineeship enquiries and stakeholders. Candidates will ideally have a strong ability to communicate across a variety of mediums including web and Social Media.
