The Role

Our Integrated Support Services team within our Wooloowin Corporate Office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager – Digital and Technology Solutions to join our Executive team. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a desire to make a difference within a dynamic and growing environment.

This Executive position has responsibility to strategically plan for, and operationally direct all matters pertaining to information systems, technology and digital communication. You will be required to effectively champion and support technology service delivery in alignment with strategic priorities of MCS.

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

  • Extensive experience in implementing digital and technology solutions;

  • Knowledge of D&TS service management, including network management, desk top support, SaaS, cloud architecture, interoperability to mobile devices, social media, security, service costing and planning, design and deployment;

  • Ability to contribute project management and solution architecture skill sets to the development of strategies and management practices for the success of technology projects and service delivery;

  • Contemporary knowledge of statutory and operational requirements associated with information, data security, systems, technology and digital communication, including the Privacy Act 1988 (cth);

  • Demonstrated experience of delivering high quality of service within a support services business model.
