This opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role, working with a range of coding, marking and labelling products and solutions. Leading a team of Field Support Technicians, the Field Support Supervisor will be instrumental in delivering value for our customers.


Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a people focused and resilient technical professional to lead the field-based service team to deliver support and installation of printing, coding, application, and other technical equipment.

Analytical by nature, you will have well-developed problem solving and project management skills. You will have a background in the service of coding, marking and label printing technologies or technical equipment in an allied industry, and a “knack” for adapting to new tools. An experienced people leader, you will be confident in building and developing a team to deliver great customer experiences and you will also be the face of field service for the Victorian market. We are looking for a true team player who is very collaborative and you will ideally be trade or degree-qualified.


More about the job:

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this position plays a key role in delivering on our market promises. Our product range is technology based printing and identification equipment, which is supported in the field by our service and installation specialists. Some state based field travel will be required of this position to support and develop team members on the job and build relationships with key clients.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a senior technical specialist to problem solve complex technical queries
  • Oversee and provide guidance for breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance and installation projects
  • Recruit, coach, and develop your team to ensure customer satisfaction and technical requirements are met
  • Drive Continuous Improvement projects to build the capability of the Field Support function
