About The Role

Reporting to: Manager of Constituent Response

Our constituent response team is proud of the work we feel called to do, and we are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented constituent service representative who is focused on providing award-winning customer service and is wholeheartedly committed to the mission of Focus on the Family Canada.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making thank-you calls to our donors to express our gratitude for their donations
  • Updating and maintaining accurate donor records in our database
  • Praying with donors over the phone for their personal and family needs

As the ideal candidate, you have proven success in customer service and you can easily engage with a variety of people. You have an aptitude to quickly learn new software and information. All training for this position will be provided. Hours will be flexible (our office is open from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm)

Success in this position is dependent upon a drive for exceptional customer service and the ability to make callers quickly feel comfortable and cared for.

Above all, you must be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, and maintain a courteous, Christlike attitude in dealing with people and adhere to the Christian Foundations and Standards.
