About the role

Based in our Head Office at Lutwyche the Contract Administrator will manage the contract process post sale. You will manage contracts for multiple agents.  It will be the Contracts Administrators Responsibility to 

  • Accept and Acknowledge Contracts with Relevant Agents
  • Monitor Expected Deposits and Process Payments
  • Send Correspondence to relevant parties inline with contract.
  • Ensure parties are meeting their  agreements

Who we are looking for

The ideal person for this role would have experience managing the contracts process in a Real Estate Transaction.  They would have a solid understanding of the Real Estate Sales administration process.  In addition to this strong time management skills and abilities to meet deadlines as well as exceptional attention to detail.
