Sales Manager -Sunshine Coast
About the Opportunity
Due to rapid expansion of the organisation, Coronis currently has an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join one of our teams on the Sunshine Coast.
Your major responsibility with be ensuring the office reaches at agreed sales targets and performance standards. In this role, you will directly manage and supporting your sales team as well as managing the day-to-day operational processes of the office.
This is a highly varied role ideal for a confident office all-rounder with strong team leadership skills, to work with a company that prides itself on delivering high quality services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Mentoring and coaching the team to higher levels of performance;
- Growth and retention of the sales team;
- Maintaining compliance requirements are met for all staff;
- Ensuring the sales team follows Coronis' systems and processes effectively;
- Managing the administration work flow and phone calls;
- Creating a positive working culture within the office.
About the successful candidates
To be successful, you'll have least 2 years experience working within residential sales, be well presented with a positive work ethic and a "can do" attitude. The Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated. In addition to this you will possess excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail, along with strong organisational and time management skills. The productivity of your team will be crucial to your success.
You'll be flexible, honest and reliable, and be able to work autonomously and in a team environment, ensuring you motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets.
