Your new opportunity


Our marketing team is in the midst of a pivotal growth phase and as such, now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time basis, based in Milton. 

Reporting to our Marketing Leader and supported by a marketing team including an in-house Digital Marketer, you will support internal and external marketing campaigns, creating engaging and thought provoking content for our two brands - Employment Office and Scout Talent.

The types of content you will create include articles and opinion pieces, guides and insights, webinars, and social messaging.

To be successful in this position you will possess the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or similar;
  • Demonstrated success in a previous marketing/communications/social media/publicity capacity (this is not an entry level role);
  • Powerful writing skills (starting with high level spelling and grammar and attention to detail), followed by a proven track record in content marketing;
  • Confidence, maturity and professionalism in order to create and develop relationships over the phone and via email, with external stakeholders (press, bloggers, influencers etc); and
  • Flexibility, focus and organisation. This role has multiple aspects that will pull you in different directions so you will need the ability to time manage yourself and stay focused on the job at hand.
